          Dr. Jason is a full professor in assessment, evaluation and research at College of Education, Florida Gulf Coast University, who obtained a Ph.D. (program evaluation and measurement) at University of Toronto in 2013, two master’s degrees (educational statistics & administration in 2005 and 1997), and a bachelor’s degree (mathematics).

          18 years of practical teaching experience: 18 years at the university level (undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels) and 4 years at the high school levels in the USA (9 years), Canada (3 years, undergraduate), and China (8 years). During the last 9 years at FGCU (2013-), Dr. Jason has taught 16 courses (10 at the doctoral level, 10 at the master’s level, and 3 at the undergraduate level, six were my initial design) in assessment, measurement, evaluation, and research methods (quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods, & survey design) via face-to-face, hybrid, and virtual classes.

          Broad academic service along with seven years’ supervisor/administrator experience in high education: Dr. Jason has worked as an assessment officer on the Academic Degrees Committee at graduate school (three years), the associate director of the graduate education office at School of Humanities and Social Sciences (two years), Assistant director of the Institution of Education (two years), Tsinghua University, and academic manager & professor (one year) at one technology college in Canada. Also, Dr. Jason has many years’ academic service: 1). nine years as the member of director board and twice international conferences chairs (CAERDA); 2). Vice President of an international association (S-AERA, 2018-); 3). Three committees’ members of AERA (Division D, Division H, SIG- Research in Evaluation, and SIG-Survey Research. served on the editorial boards of six journals; 4). served as academic advisor to an NGO (four years, FFCF); 5). served on 11 college committees and received two Awards of Excellent Faculty in Academic Service (Senate Program Review Team 2015, Senate Research & Grant Team 2019).

How to Motivate Workforce in the 21st Century?

Professor Chow is a well-known professor in Thailand higher education. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Sul Ross State University, Texas, two master’s degrees from Sul Ross State University and Texas A&M University, and doctoral degree from Texas A&M University, United States. Professor Chow has served his services for more than 30 years in academic areas. From 1987 to 1999, he has served as Vice President for planning, Vice President for Development, Vice President for Administration, and Vice President for Operation at Sukhothai Thamathirat Open University. The professor also serves various duties along the development and progressive of Thailand higher education. He is now an associate professor of business administration at Graduate School, Stamford International University.

Dr. Theeraphab Phetmalaikul Graduated two degree in Educational Administration and one bachelor degree in Engineering, achieved Ph.D. in Educational Research Methodology. He also had short term studying at Illinois State University (USA.) and psychological, research training courses at University of Vienna (Austria) which was international joint research project. Before starting profession at university, he had experiences as R&D manager, HRD manager, researcher and Chief of Gifted & Talented Operation, involved in research projects in relation to gifted education, educational administration, research on tourism which funded by National Research Council of Thailand, integrated network between public and private sectors on quality work life promotion and future scenario for traffic administration and Human Resource Development (Granted by Thai Health Promotion Foundation). Dr. Theeraphab has recent tenure as master and doctoral program committee of Educational Administration at Srinakharinwirot University. He interests varieties of educational knowledge and integration approach related to quantitative and qualitative focusing innovative leadership, policy and strategy, educational administration, educational psychology, advanced research methodology, innovation and modern management in disruption era. He has published papers in academic journals and conference, contribute as reviewer and committee of international conference (HEF, IAFOR). Now he with colleagues are on going conduct research on social innovation (SiHub) for elderly education, learning management and develop new tools to prepare readiness for pre-elderly according to aging society era.

Dr. Michael Yao-Ping Peng is a distinguished professor, specializing in small and medium-sized enterprise management, internationalization, and higher education research. With a PhD in Enterprise Management from Chung Hsing University, Taiwan, Dr. Michael Yao-Ping Peng has held various academic positions in Taiwan and China, including as a postdoctoral researcher, assistant/associate professor, and researcher. They have published over 90 articles in top-tier academic journals and serve as a reviewer for prestigious academic conferences and journals. Dr. Michael's research primarily focuses on small and medium-sized enterprise management, international marketing, and higher education research. They have been a Taiwan representative for international academic research projects and served as a reviewer for SSCI journals and international conferences, increasing their exposure to international research. Dr. Michael Yao-Ping Peng is a valuable contributor to the field of enterprise management and internationalization, providing insights and knowledge that can help shape the future of higher education and global business.

Educational Management Transformation in the Digital Era

Dr. Zenghan Lee is an Associate Professor at Minnan Normal University. He holds a doctoral degree in Educational Computing from the University of North Texas and has extensive experience as an instructional designer and teacher. Dr. Lee's research interests revolve around the interaction between new media and language teaching in complex learning environments. He has conducted extensive research on various areas such as contextual dynamic learning environments, learning assessment environments, social networks, and multi-tasking integrated learning. Moreover, Dr. Lee has also designed and facilitated a series of courses for K12 teachers, integrating information and communication technology (ICT) into their teaching practices. These courses aim to equip frontline teachers with the necessary skills to better understand their students' needs and leverage technology in the classroom.
